You can remove this cover with the wheel inflation kit in place, but to get full access to aperture it reveals you must remove the inflation kit. The idea for the more industrious ones out there is to 'exercise' the brushes (move them back and fourth on the tracks several times) in order to loosen up the copper 2008 Smart Fortwo Blower Motor Use sandpaper instead. Re-install in reverse order.
