Inside the zip is a text document that tells you to copy the files (3 of them) into your Sims 2 Cat folder and then run the .exe file from that Replicating my VB code in C proved to be interesting. I have no problem recategorizing using this program, although I have come across one or two items which cause crashes whenever I edit them.
