You willl have to downgrade your driver to get this to work. Not Sigmatel nor realtek drivers will make my sound stop crackling. Just send you an e-mail above.

Windows may have the driver built-in, or may still have the driver files installed from the last time that you set up the device. Check This Out Can anybody put me in the right direction or tell me what I have done wrong.
